1. Our Quality Assurance Commitment

At Rohini Keshwardhini, we formulate every batch of Ayurvedic hair oil with 100% natural, handpicked herbs and cold-pressed oils. Your absolute satisfaction and safety are paramount to us.

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our wellness products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. However, we gladly offer quick replacements or refunds in specific eligible cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You are eligible for a free replacement or complete refund if:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrives physically broken, leaking, or damaged during courier shipping.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: The item delivered does not match your confirmed order receipt.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The seal or bottle has an identifiable manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Timeline: Eligible return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of parcel delivery.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement swiftly, please follow these straightforward steps:

  • Take clear photos or a short video showing the outer package, shipping label, and the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Email us at info@rohinikeshwardhini.co.in or message us via WhatsApp at +91 77389 70650 with your Order ID and photos.
  • Our customer support team will review your claim and confirm the resolution within 24 business hours.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once your refund request is verified and approved:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): The refund is credited back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be transferred securely to your verified Bank Account (via NEFT/IMPS) or UPI ID upon confirmation.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch. To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately at +91 77389 70650 with your Order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled directly and should be handled as per our standard return policy.
